You know, what, I just recaluated my RDI last night. And since I've dropped a few pounds, I need to take in 100 less calories per day. So it seems that the RDI here does not auto-adjust when you've had weight loss. You have to go have to the RDI screen to ask it to recalulate for you. So I went from 1900 cal to 1800 cal for my RDI, should make a difference in results.

WOW! Glad you posted that. I never thought of the need to adjust as I lose. Yowsa. YOu might have just saved me from a lot of frustration! Thanx!

Yeah I just stumbled upon that realization completely by accident. But it makes sense. Although I would have thought that a program/website as sophisticated as FS, would have that built in to auto-recalulcate.

Very true! As you lose weight, you either have to adjust by eating less or doing more exercise. But the best solution is to build muscle- which will burn more calories so you can lose weight and maintain it even if you eat more :)

I know, I know. My body so craves physical activity and exercise. My biggest issue is time and scraping together enough of it, to fit in a 30 min work out. I used to cut back on sleep to doing all the running I used to do. Now I have trouble getting thru the day when I skimp on sleep.
