Today am committed to stay on Atkins no matter what! I know I get tired but if I don't brake the habit of cheating after a week I will never move on to the ongoing weight lost, I will basically stay stuck on the Induction which is not fun after a couple of days. So, from today on I will keep my head up.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
