One sweaty Jillian Michaels circuit training session, and one good bike ride did it!

I weighed three times to be sure I am now under 200 lbs.
199.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well, my dear husband wanted to get me a small Dairy Queen cone (my favorite on a hot summer day) as a "celebration" but I do not like to use food as a "reward" because it still connects me emotionally to the food - so, I bought TWO new pairs of pants (ON SALE) that I can button but still cannot zip! They will motivate me to push down another size. They are Fall/Winter weight fabric so I WILL get into them when the weather turns cooler.
