1167 kcal Fat: 26.34g | Prot: 106.12g | Carb: 141.88g.   Breakfast: coffee, peanut butter, sugar free coffee mate, milton's health whole grain bread, non fat chobani yogurt. Lunch: honey mustard, low fat lemon chicken soup, tomatoe, light wheat bread, turkey lunchmeat. Dinner: turkey lunch meat, light whole wheat bread, 2% cheddar cheese. Snacks/Other: apex fit 150 crisp,  low fat chobani yogurt, 100% whey protein. more...
