Hello!

I'm still new to the whole weight loss concept, but I'm really good at sticking with things once I start them.
I was doing pretty good, and down to 178 but after staying in the hospital with a friend for four days I was back up to 182 - i was only eating fast food because I wasn't paying for my meals and that was the easiest thing, and currently am at 180 -
But now that everything is all good and dandy I'm back to my exercising and "dieting".
I say the latter that way because I'm not doing a quick diet just to lose weight, I'm trying to change my eating habits completely, and so far I've done good with it. I've technically been at this for two weeks and my starting weight was 185, and now I'm 180 - somehow - so yay!
Currently I'm doing Tiffany Rothe workouts because they are effective, but to combat the pain I also do healing yoga. It's brilliant and keeps me from being sore for 3 days so I can keep up with the workouts and not have to take so many days off because I'm hurting to much.

Good job on the 5 lbs. I too started at 180 and down to 175. Yesterday was a cheat night, I say night cause I did good during the day and then we had a dinner event with cocktails :( I'm not on a diet just potion control with keeping my calories down and exercise. I do eat better things as well. So cheers to the both of us :)

Go you! I have a cheat night every friday night with dinner, I drink a soda. ^!^ I say diet because I try to stay away from bread and soft drinks. Lately I've been working the 5-6 small meals a day into my routine and it's a little weir since I'm used to three but it's helping a lot ^!^
