I don't mind sodium it has no calories. and they sell tajin with light sodium

since sodium does not have calories I find no need to buy the low sodium

Rosie- the initial bottle of Tajin was original then I found the low sodium. I mixed the two together but from now on I will only be buying the low sodium version.. in the non Keto world sodium is so bad for your heart, blood vessels, a good amount to strive for in the normal world is 2300 mg and 4700 mg of potassium. You need potassium to make sure that your heart keeps beating..

if you can succeed to adapt to a portion controlled balanced diet, u can enjoy all kinds of foods @crodriguez

As of now I’m healthy, as soon as the dr. Tells me other wise I’ll research healthier diets ASAP, but for now my journey only involves fat loss n maintenance...I see a surplus of calories ones I decide to up my muscle game 💪🏼

Rosie I’m pretty good about eating clean. It’s every now and then I’ll eat something that I thought was good for me, but turns out bad!! Lol!! Like deli meat... I thought I was doing good by eating turkey breast from deli, but I found out it has a ton of sodium in it.

Sodium is fine. Nothing is unhealthy. The amount it what makes something unhealthy. Moderation.
