It's been a month or more of rest from the push for weight loss. Been more focused on trimming inches while strengthening muscles. August is for weight loss. The plan is to aim at 1,000 caloric deficit EVERY day. Wish me luck..... :)
239.5 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 44.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
