Even the highest-quality breads seem to bring a halt to weight-loss for me. I was dropping about 0.20 pound per day. Also, speaking only for myself, more than a couple of TEASPOONS of olive oil also throws the weight-loss down the drain. If I stick to Joel Furhman's meal plan (not diet), then I lose the 1/5th pound per day through the week. Lesson learned. I'm enjoying this learning process.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
