Yikes ; I guess it doesn’t matter at all how much I work out; lack of good food is the only way to get weight down and maintain....BS
165.5 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet HCG Phases   gaining 3.9 lb a week

Matt's boss works out 7 days a week and has done so since he was a kid. If he doesn't watch his diet he gains weight. Diet really is key.
