I started out pretty good for a weekend on Friday night with some carnitas, black beans, and yellow rice at Kokomo's at MOA. Then Saturday started with a shake and a 45 minute elliptical run, so I actually hit the gym on the weekend!
At my mom's I had a hoagie, some sour cream and onion chips (logged) and ice cream cake. We went to Famous Dave's (not the best but I didn't finish half of the grilled chicken sandwich) before a friend's "booze infused potluck." All food there had alcohol in it, which we have avoided for 3 weeks now. So I had sample sizes of everything.
Now it's cleanse day. I could have done much worse, but I was at least aware of what I was eating and trying to cut down on the crap. Only drinking water and a Pepsi Max also probably helped.
