Happy Thursday everyone - have strated to increase the weight workouts and am trying to strea,line my diet. With the increased workout, I am hungrier than when I was just doing cardio.

Anyone have any good/healthy snacks I could use to curb the between meal hunger. I drink a post workout whey protein shake and then take muscle milk around lunchtime. Any help would be appreciated.

the good stuff is in the yolk so eggs are good. I don't know what kind of diet you are on, to suggest fatty things or carby things.

I sometimes have a half a can of tuna as a snack which I learned about from a coworker who is a body builder - comes to less than 100 calories

I will usually have 3 to 4 hard boiled egg whites with my fave toppings!
