Yes my son's birthday was yesterday and I did some no nos lol took a few bites of his cake not much but I did go down on some popcorn so not getting out of the hang of my diet. I bought a keto book now I just need to go to grocery store

Interesting since the Keto diet I am on says to avoid peanut butter since it is a legume and not a nut!

@SCAChimera, you might try organic celery and see if it makes a difference (unless you were told not to by an allergist or doc). Friend thought she was becoming allergic to apples, turns out it was something they were putting on the apples that was making her lips and mouth numb/itchy. She switched to organic and hasn't had an issue.

Peanuts and cashews are not true nuts. We avoid them with keto because of their carbs and because of their type of fats. Generally, olive and coconut oils and fats from fish and meats is preferred over soybean, peanut and other vegetable oils.

@Katsolo great minds! I tried organic and home grown. Sadly it is the celery. Cooking seems to make it ok for me.

I'm not to fond of keto ppl saying well you can't have this or that I can have what ever I put on my plate and fat bombs call for peanut butter FYI and the peanut butter I'm using is 100%. And I've lost 10 lbs so I'm not complaining call it dirty keto if you will. Thank you ☺️

I am keto and I don't say that, you can plan your day and your carbs however you would like to. granted they are a higher carb food but you know your own limits to stay in ketosis. I just made some chocolate peanut butter fat bombs myself.

Baskington my peanut butter has 180 cal with 16g of fat only 2 net carbs 5 carbs total with 8 grams of protein It's called smuckers natural peanut butter
