I feel like I've been putting in effort, but I haven't seen results. I don't know if I'm just eating more than I think I am then working it off... or maybe my routine is to disordered and my body doesn't have any sense of rhythm and is just not responding... or what. ugh. this is so frustrating. I want to do more, but I have summer classes I have to study for, and that takes up sooo muuuchhh tiimmmee x____x
