Well, I'm back on track and started loosing again. The only thing left is to get on my exercise routine. That will have to wait just a bit, I pulled my Achilles tendon. That's what happens when your old and you move furniture. LOL
227.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
