I am finally at 173. I went up a few pounds at my birthday which coincided with a stress event. I refused to note my increase of 6 pounds because I refused to let it stay at the higher weight. I am committed to exercise now. And popcorn is my friend when my daughter brings home bags of Tostito scoops. I am eager to get to 172 next.
