I have not been doing well with my diet since my last weigh-in, or before that even. I have not been keeping track of my carbs, and I eat a lot of sugar at work. I crave sugar the most working night shifts; it's like my brain needs it to keep me awake, or my habitual behavior, anyways. I'm going to make an effort to track my food intake more, and keep my carbs are around 5 g net carbs per meal.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 86.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I work third shift too. Keto can be rough when you crave sweets. My favorite weapon is whipped cream the kind you make at home I whip it up heavy and stiff then add in a teaspoon of sugar free pudding. Just enough taste to make me happy and still be fairly low carb. Using the whole package I have recently been advised (unhappily) is NOT low carb it was tasty though. Favorite is 1/4 cup whipped cream lemon flavored with 1/4 cup blueberries. Just enough to tick by.
