I believe that since we have been careful about what foods we bring into the house - when we do eat out 90% of the time my husband and I split a meal, we are fairly diligent about recording what foods and drinks we consume in a day, and counting the calories/carbs/fats/protein - for the last six months, we have set a pattern that is easy enough to follow that (unless we get terribly sloppy) should last us for the rest of our lives. I am happy to have found myself in the 140's this week! My goal is near. Now I have to decide if I will set it even lower, and what would be a good number to strive for. I can still pinch way more than an inch on my tummy!
