I’ve been intermittent fasting and what a difference it has made! It’s been a struggle some days but I don’t beat myself up over it if I don’t make it all 16 hours. And then some days I can do 18hours. Really happy with this way of eating and Keto.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 55.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

I'm on my second week of IF also Emily. It seems to be getting easier as the days go on. You can do it!

I’ve been doing the same! I’ve been on my keto journey since April 23rd. I just started everyday IF about 2 weeks ago when the scale was going up two then down 1 lbs. It’s amazing how IF gets the show on the road lol!

I agree, I am so happy I figured out what everyone was talking about with the IF. It got me over the hump too and it is easy to do
