Breakfast & lunch were fine, but was out for dinner and ended up eating at an old favorite pizza/sub sub and sodium went through the roof as well as calories & carbs.
281.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
