Haven’t used this in about a month, been busy with family and trying to enjoy time (and food). Back to being unhappy with myself so I’m back here and determined to continue working towards my goal :)
176.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
