Combo vanilla yogurt and cottage cheese with peanut butter powder, blueberries and my homemade granola. It is my most FAVORITE lunch.

@justin Less rice? Because of what? I eat what I eat and how much I eat because I have a weight goal for myself - to add weight. And I’m guessing eat MORE rice not less would do that for me.

@rosio19 lol everyone’s weight goal is different. Some may want to add weight and some may want to lose weight.

I skipped lunch had greek yogurt and peanut butter on celery late morning, didn't get hungry until 6pm and ate teriaki chicken, green beans, and mixed veggies at Panda Express then. I don't eat by the clock, I do better by listening to my body clock instead.
