That is exactly how if felt a year, I had no smile for the way I looked ( 305 lbs ). Now I smile all the time. I go out all the time. Going shopping and take my time, nobody looks at me now that I have I 179 lbs. So kept your chin up and always SMILE 😃 😁 Nattybun
