I wanted to share something ive found uplifting, im going through a hard time right now, but i know this can help many who may not feel up to "dieting" or working out..im so glad to have found this app of some of the most uplifting people ive ever met! TY

Dieting does not work. You have to make a lifestyle change. Food addiction does exist and can further complicate weight loss goals if eating is utilized as a coping mechanism. We all eat for different reasons. So we have to determine what triggers our excess or unhealthy eating if we’re to succeed. I know a low cal/low fat balanced diet works for me, but it may not be for everyone. I wish you all the luck.
