ugghhh... had a horrible day at work as did my boyfriend. I let him talk me into going out to eat, and I did not make the right choices at all... Now I feel awful and ate an entire days worth of calories in one meal. :( I want to work out but I am too full... not a good day all around. Hopefully tomorrow I won't let my stress get the better of me.
