Well, I didn't do my usual as of late gain Thurs>Fri. 210.0 even today. Whoopee!

Rode my bike only 16 miles this AM. 3 primary reasons for this are:
1. F*in Idiots kept me up all night. GRRR!
2. Overdosed on supplements and could not stay under MAX HR.
3. 16KM headwind last 8 miles... and could not stay under MAX HR.
4. Sprinted 1st 8 miles... and could not stay under MAX HR after!

Set a record, house to port 8 miles in 25 mins! Took me an hour to get home, (Also 8 miles) lol.

I will go with D. All of the above. I did get under max HR when I was almost home and behind a seawall which blocked the wind, which tells me I was OK on the supplements. I am going back on an old stack that did me right for the 1st 6-8 months of my journey. Its just transition time. I feel jittery now, but it will pass. Plus I just got off the bike.

I am a bit excited I may have an opportunity in another "better" country! However, work politics and finances is rearing its ugly head. The problem with us contractors, is moving us leaves a hole or gap that must be filled. So while the company is obligated to tell us about openings, they really dont want to move us. Its like twice the work, and twice the money for some mgmt type. Well, I will try not to dwell on it. Easier said than done sometimes.

Its kind of win win, I dont mind staying here. Its rough, but the money is good. Quality of life sucks b**ls. I want to make that better, for me and my fam. Still tire fires in the streets, molytovs, roadblocks, etc. We just aren't on the news because of Syria and many other "more unstable and newsworthy" nations.

Anyhoo, today is NOT my usual cheat day. Uhgg! I will have a big breakfast and some decent lunch. Tomorrow is my boys birthday, cake, steaks, taters, yummy stuff. Tomorrow is full on cheat day. I may just make it a double weekend. Who knows.

Off to get my shower, the sweat has stopped pouring off me, and i grow stick & salty (not sweet!).
