Ok weighed today. it's coming back down. Thank you all for your wonderful comments. I did cry and didn't sleep. But.. I recovered and I'm still on my game. I love you all. I have emotional eating problems.. I'm a little high strung and food was always my comfort. The fact that I won't give up is hard.. but I do it. Because I am a winner. It's just hard to deal with what appears to be a set back although I am eating as best I can.. I need you all to keep me together..I don't have kids or never married. I do need you all...
212.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
