Scrolling through my food picture album reminds me why I'm still fat. This past week has been cheesecake, iced coffee and chai, doughnuts, hot tamales candy, dates with pecans, and lord knows what else I didn't take a photo of... My regular food choices are on point, but my snacking is out of control. Whats weird is I'm not a sweet tooth person, I just keep getting free stuff or things put in my path and I make bad choices. I need to make better choices.
