Beautiful weather Monday. I am tired. My body is tired. But i just had two rest days, so i will hook up with helga and shaun t. This is the last week of "alpha" phase (week 5). Unless i improve dramatically, i am considering repeating a few weeks. This week 3 of the 6 workouts are "total body circuit." Uh-huh, i see where you are going, shaun t! First, iced coffee.
i feel like when i was younger, my body responded a lot faster. On the other hand, i am now learning patience and tenacity (and how to go on faith), which is not a bad thing. Also, in a way, i am surprised at how responsive and adaptable my body is. It is pretty amazing, considering how i have neglected it for so long.
I have some annoying calls and business items i have been putting off that must be done today. Being an adult is vastly overrated.
