Well Culinary Classes are over at Johnson and Wales and I came out of it right on target at 199..I have passed all my test, including nutrition which came up with us discussing foods with most having added chemicals etc, they can also hurt your WOE habits weather you know it or not, according to some Drs. of nutrition...chemical effect the body sensors and sometimes throw them off, So try to stay with whole foods not chemical based..
