Nice new low today, but close to the milestone of 210. 210.2

So the glass is half empty. I lost .6 lbs but I am not under 210!!

I rode my bike 16 miles last night. It was 102.6F when I started, and 96 when I finished as my facespace wall attests. It was probably the hottest I ever rode yet. I will be glad when Ramadan is over and I can ride in the AM. It is so much cooler in the AM. For example now its 7AM, and 100 degrees out, but it just feels so much cooler. The roads aren't heated up, the humidity seems way lower.

Anyway, it was so hot last nite, I sheded my shorts and rode in raw dawg bike pants!! It was a site to see. I am not sure I am even ready to post these pictures (if I took them). They certainly make my belly look fat.

I feel I am on a good path this week. I have a BDAY party for my teen son planned for Saturday, so cheat day is shifting a day. That means I do my 25 mile bike ride Fri without cheating. This is incredibly tough!! I will try, we have some chicken and stuff cooked and I think I can.

Saturday I am making my boy a big ol' carrot cake, cream cheese frosting, and steaks and taters. Maybe some shrimps too! I am also trying to keep this sane, but alot of the guests may not!

Anyway, off to chase emails around.

Yes, I have a potential opportunity in a country with strict rabies controls. Luckily, where I am now is considered Rabies free! It was actually the biggest thing bringing me down about the situation. I did not know there was countries Rabies Free vs "has the rabies!" lol Anyway, we'll see what happens.
