We're in Taiwan this week, so it's too difficult to record journal entries for food, since most things aren't in the database, and it would take a long time to estimate nutrition.
This week is all about portion control. The food is so delicious, the easiest thing to do is just try and use common sense, and not eat very much, so I can enjoy each thing!
Breakfast this morning was two different kinds of jianbing, my wife and I each had half of our servings. One crepe was stuffed with a local sausage and egg, the other with ham and egg. The iced coffee either has soy or condensed milk, so it was sweet and probably not the best choice, calorie-wise. But it was so good.
I took photos of how much was left over as well, to keep myself honest :)
