Crap. Eating another granola bar, even though I'm 95% sure that the last time I ate this, it was the reason I was bloated and gassy all day long.

It's just that I overslept, and what's easier to pack in my purse and eat on the run than a bar?

Here's today's (rough draft, could change) plan:

breakfast- granola bar, banana
lunch- multi grain tortilla w/ black beans, corn, brown rice, EVOO; steamed greens with lemon juice and sea salt
dinner- Amy's frozen burrito, salsa; side salad
snacks- almonds, grapes, vegetables
exercise- 30 minutes Curves circuit training, 60 minutes Gazelle cardio

You sound so prepared, I can't even figure out what I am eating till I open the fridge...lol Your very dedicated and I admire that! Keep up the good work!
