Day 6 to a better me! It's been almost a week without nicotine and it's getting easier every day. Gym again tonight, but only for a brief stint on the treadmill because I am off work tomorrow and I know that I am probably not going to go out of my way to get out and go. Getting better with tracking my food again, keeping myself accountable for all of the calories I consume (and also inputting before eating to see if it's even worth it!)

Initially when I started my original journey in October 2017 I had wanted to get down to 135lb before the middle of March.. and although I had indeed lost over 20 pounds, I kind of gave up around the middle of April and all of March as I had different visitors around that time and it was easier to eat out sometimes and also just easier not to track all of my food intake with everything going on. Before I knew it I was just out of the habit entirely. I never went back to eating just as terribly as I had before and have been able to stay around 145-148 without much effort... but now I am determined to get to my goal weight of 135 before the middle of August for my vacation!
