Had a great session before work on biceps, I talked with a marine who gave me some good insight on ATP levels with creatine usage, definitely something to look into. He also showed me a new move to use, which I felt the burn. Another guy told me how to have better form on concentration curls, I think I'm getting better with constructive criticism, because last time someone told me something I kind of blew them off. A very good day to break into my new routine, now to find the time to cook my meals....
