Had to increase my calories to keep my weight around 100-102.....sure 99 is still in the healthy range but it's on the lower end of healthy weight and not necessary for me. ☺
101.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
