Well, well, well! Gain not exactly unexpected... Today, I'm fasting till dinner! (Makes logging sooooooooo simple!)
209.5 lb Lost so far: 75.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Love to watch your journey. It is like watching my own mind from a different perspective. If today you start to 'break down', what has worked for me is 'sustained exercise' (1 hour walk or jog). I realize that is not always possible. But when I am able to do it, it rewires my mind. It's almost like it gives my body the sugar rush that my brain is demanding (and it *is* DEMANDING).

Thanks, A! I am holding off on any exercise till I see my cardiologist next Friday, and I have foot issues that prevent weight-bearing exercise. However, I have a lot of time to kill in my glorious retirement! Hanging out on FS doesn't burn as many calories but makes the time pass quickly and keeps my mind off food. Net calorie deficit!
