Eat for health. How you eat today will show up later in life. My dad only eats when he's hungry, he's 79 and has the fitness of a 60y.o. He works everyday, eats amasi almost daily and lives on herbal remedies. Never been ill or had any of the common chronic conditions. My mom however was for most of her life the opposite, prediabetic high blood pressure arthritis. She moved from a high salt and sugar diet to a healthier diet and over the past 5 years has shown massive improvement even on low dosage meds. at 71 she's healthier than she she was at 50. I hear people say "life's short and ill die anyway so I'm having that coke or cake" having seen my mom and aunt suffer with pain and my aunt being amputated due to diabetes later dying @60 it was a wake up call. Invest in your health you'll reap the returns.

Absolutely agree with your outlook and they way you said it. The people that have the attitude that we all going to die so it doesn't matter what I eat, it's your body and life and yes you can do whatever you want but the end of the day you still leave family and friends behind that will have to feel the pain of you being gone ....... so next time you have that attitude think about all the people you are giving the pain when you gone. So basically what I am saying the choices you make do affect people around you.
