(14th week) I skip a whole week, didnt weigh myself or kept track of everything (13) cause of my leg which is still in pain....😔 so I don't know if I gain during the 13th week but hey I lost 1lb for the 14th week lol
294.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 144.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
