I’m trying to get through the major turmoil in my life. I’m at a pivotal point and I really don’t know which way to go. The stress doesn’t help and that I want to lose about 30 lbs and for my health trying to convince myself to quit smoking. Being 50 something and really alone sucks. I’m great in social situations but I don’t get involved. I’m trying a gym but I wish I had a buddy to be accountable with. I’m so much better at doing things for other people than myself, I still haven’t learned. lol So if anybody has kind words I welcome them!
