Fritzy 22's Journal, 22 June 2018

Yesterday was the first day since the weekend that I felt good enough to get off the couch and heating pad for awhile. I went to lunch with my sister and ordered a club sandwich with fries! Brought half the sandwich home and only ate a few of the fries but still...…………….Today I am taking Bobby to the dog park for a play date with his sister. Poor thing, because I've been on the couch for so many days, he's been on the couch too. The lower back pain is slowly going away but I still don't know what caused it. I ate very little since Sunday when the pain started so I assume that is why I made such a poor choice for lunch yesterday. When I stepped on the scale this morning it showed me up 3 pounds! But I know that as long as I get back on track today it will all work out.
