1/2 way into the first week. I would imagine that the weight loss would start to slow down. The first water weight must be off.

Today we are leaving for a roadtrip with my son and husband. I thought it would be hard but now I am thinking it shouldn't be so bad as long as I stay away from white stuff. I know now that this triggers everything bad.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Remember to have a ceasar salad with grilled chicken.. no crouton, cheese or dressing. Very healthy this way... put some lemon on it and you are good to go. Also take some hard boiled eggs in a cooler and some apples. I also take my whey in little baggies( tear off the corner to make it easier to pour into bottle and measure one scoop per baggie) with bottled water. Then I drink some of the water and add my whey put the cap back on and shake shake shake and drink. You can ask for grilled chicken and veggies with no seasoning everywhere so stay strong and have a fun Road trip!
