getting back to gentle exercise! renewing my daily yoga practice, it's been almost a year since I stopped. I discussed fitness goals w/ hubby & bff
150.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
