22 hours into my first fast. I was shooting for 24 hours, but I’m thinking about going for 36. I’m not really even hungry. I did have a 2 hour span around lunch where I was craving food but that didn’t last. It’s not so bad so far.

I often wish that I was more political. That I believed more strongly about one particular issue that i thought needed attention. Or if I was perhaps wrongly detained in a 3rd world country. I feel that fasting would be a lot easier.
