Jun 22: 82.35kg, Fat 25.2%, Muscle 58.40kg
Results: Weight loss, Fat loss, Muscle gain

Notes: No exercise. Fatty meat the six first hours of the day. 4-5oz portions often.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 102.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
