Has anyone done the 5:2 diet? What was your experience with it? I find the fast days quite easy with the lowering of calories, but I'm sceptical if it works for weight loss.

it didn't work for me but imaloserihope has lost 3 stone doing it so give it a go 👍😊

I initially lost 2 stone on 5:2. I still sort of follow it but have upped the calories on fast days to between 700 - 900. I've now at 4st 5lbs in 5 months and am happy on the regime as it works for me 😃

Thanks! After one week I feel pretty good, made me stop eating for the sake of it on non fast days
