I’m redirecting right now. Human GPS going a different route for a couple weeks to get off this plateau. Going to eat WW SmartOnes to jiggle this slope place I seem to be.

Salads or fruit for lunch but SmartOnes entrees for breakfast and dinner. I do have other foods I need to use though so won’t be entirely on SmartOnes.

I KNOW they’re full of preservatives but I’m going to try this for a couple of weeks.

Have you tried high protein shakes as meal replacements. And look to see what is your carb to protein intake is.

I don't know about "Smartones," but the surest way to blast through a fat loss plateau, if you can hack it, is to fast. 48 hours and the scale will be moving again. Good luck!

Good luck to you! Just be careful about the amount of sodium you are taking in from these pre-packaged dinners. :)

Good luck. A tiny tweak is to slowly increase space between last meal of the day and sleep. It provide a greater number of body-fat burning hours while sleeping.

I used to get WalMart shakes or really supplement. I have tried to fast but I get very dizzy 😵 when I try. The Weight Watchers SmartOnes are tasty. And so is Lean Cuisine. I’ll have a salad later on just for hunger. But I mean, lowering my calories should work shouldn’t it? It’s so blasted hot here right now in Greater Phoenix it’s hard to get out and walk. I used to be super woman and roll out at 5:00 A.M. and take three dogs. It was bearable at that hour to walk. Ughhh I can’t get up that early anymore
