I woke up in a bit of a snarl today! Partially because I have to work and partially because I'm stressed out over money! So to combat these things I plan to use my negative energy in a positive way. For work it is going to be my yearly clean out of the storage closet, for money it is buy nothing that is not needed.
Anyways yesterday was okay, really did not do much at all. For dinner I made a tofu, spinach and corn mixture tasted pretty good actually. Then for today I made an almond milk pudding with blueberries! It took freaking forever. But taste pretty good.

Here's the good news.. I only have 1.5 days to work and then I have 4.5 days off work!! I think I really need the break!
