I’ve been fasting and eating once a day! I was sooo busy yesterday that I did not get a chance to eat! So at 1:30 am I made hot wings and had some seafood from my sister! Absolutely lovely!!! #lowcarb #keto

Looks yum. Love that part of being a full time fat burner. It's like you have a build-in fridge that provide 'food' when there is no time to do actual eating.

Oh, my. I'm looking at all this good looking food on here and it's making me want to eat. Fortunately, I already brushed my teeth. It's such a ritual (manual brush, electric brush, manual floss, Water Pik, mouthwash. After I do all that, I have to really be hungry to eat again. Lord knows, I don't want to do it all again before going to bed.
