Been super depressed
280.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Just saying it out loud (or posting it) helps remove a lot of the power depression can hold over us.

Yeah, it sucks. I am just coming out of the clouds myself and ridding myself of the blues. I don't have chemical depression, but I think the symptoms can mimic at times. All I want to eat is popcorn with a stick of butter and a giant shaker of Kraft Parmesan cheese. Holy cow. Better mind set means better food choices! I hope you feel better soon.

I’m trying to get back on track and dr is changing the Med so hopefully soon I will feel better

We're here to support you! You're not alone. Myself I struggle everyday with my demons. It's tough. Allow yourself to acknowledge your pain. Once you can process this you will be able to find ways to work through your stress and depression.
