I have stuck to nearly 100% of how I know to bring the weight down. That is:.
1/ Oats in the morning and sometimes wholemeal toast
2/ Egg/tomato/beetroot on toast sometimes noodles or brown rice that sort of thing with bowl of different fruits
3/ Red Meat once a week, chicken twice a week and fish four times a week, that's it.
Exercise almost everyday by walking around 4 kilometres a day.
